One of the traditional and proven means of caring for the quality of religious life in individual communities is regular visits by superiors. From September 5–9, 2015, the communities of Carmelites in the Czech Republic will be visited by the General Prior of the order, P. Fernando Millán Romeral, along with a member of the General Council responsible for the care of the order in Europe, P. John Keating.
Part of their program also includes participation in several services:
- on Saturday, September 5 at 12 noon Mass at the Church of St. Fabian and Sebastian in Prague-Liboc
- on Sunday, September 6 at 10 am parish Mass in Olomouc-Hejčín
- on Monday, September 7 at 6 pm Mass at the pilgrimage church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Kostelní Vydří.
