Without effective and constant help from God, we cannot escape the numerous dangers of earthly life. Therefore, we should pray continuously! But how can we pray to Him if we do not live in His presence? And how can we dwell in His presence if we do not think of Him more often? And how can we think of Him more often if we do not strive to train our thoughts on Him and thus sanctify them? You might object that I am saying the same thing repeatedly. I know.
