This is the goal: love!

When Jesus speaks of the final goal, he says: "I was hungry, thirsty, naked, in prison." He does not mention sacraments or virtues even once, but says: Did you share with others, or not? According to that you will be judged. I do not mean to say that sacraments or virtues are useless; they are only means for a person to learn to love – because this is the goal: love. And we see that the means have been given the same weight as the goal, and even that there is more concern about adhering to the means!
