I am deeply saddened by what you wrote to me. Those periods of uncertainty cause the greatest torment, the soul feels as if it is in a press. And for you, who experience everything so profoundly, all these things will naturally reflect on your health, already so shaken.
I see only one solution, and that is for you to plunge into the depths of God and remind Him that He is your Father, that He must not leave you to yourself, that He is bound by His love to enlighten your heart.
When we have His light within us, even if it is just a tiny ray, then we can bear everything, everything is light, just as He Himself said in His gospel.
