I would like to, but I don't even know what.

Father! Confidant of my heart and soul!

I long to remain in a close, fervent, and deep connection with God, even when I am in dryness, bitterness, and without feeling. I would like to perform amazing wonders in the world! I would like to spend nights in prayer without the need for sleep! I would like everyone I speak to or look at to convert! I would like to, but do I even know what? Therefore, nothing can fill my heart. I am convinced that this yearning of the heart, which arises from the awareness of the impossibility of realizing resolutions taken for the praise of God, has been a great torment for the saints.
