I would like you to not worry too much and to surrender to God's will; if He considered me useful in this world, He surely would not have allowed me to get this illness, because I prayed so much for Him not to call me from this world until the children need me. In short, I do not see things in a negative light, it is a great grace that the Lord God gives me. Whatever the case, let us make good use of the time that remains to us, and let us not be troubled; after all, only what the Lord God wants will happen.
