Lord, I am only saying that I trust you. My actions, however, prove that the only one I trust is myself – and that I am still afraid of you. Finally take my life into your hands and do with it what you will. I give myself to your love and intend to continue in that – not to refuse either the hard or the pleasant things that you have prepared for me. Your glory is sufficient for me. Everything you have planned is good and full of love.
